A step-by-step guide to accessing courses on The EverLearner.
As part of a PE and Sport subscription with us, you have access to all PE and Sport courses on the platform, including KS3, pre-GCSE , GCSE, AS, A-Level, BTEC, CNAT, CTEC, NCFE, pre-IBDP and IBDP.*

When looking at a course, if the lessons appear locked, simply follow the steps below:
1. You must be an Admin or HoD. Log into your account on TheEverLearner.com.
2. Go to Admin > Groups and click the green 'Create new group' button. See: creating groups.
3. In the green 'Basic details' panel, select the correct qualification from the drop down menu.
4. Continuing in the green 'Basic Details' panel, give your group a name.
5. In the pink 'Courses' panel, click 'Add course to group' and select the course from the drop down menu (you can type part of the course name to help narrow the selection).
6. In the grey 'Teachers' panel, click 'Add teacher to group' and select yourself (and any relevant colleagues) to the group.
7. In the yellow 'Add students to group' panel, add any students you want to the group (you can skip this step if you don't want to add students yet or you just want to take a look at the course resources). To add students, click 'Add student to group,' then search for students in the green panel. You can filter and sort the list to make this task easier. Tick the box next to each student's name, then click 'Submit users' at the bottom.
8. Click on the green 'Create' box at the bottom of the page.
The course resources will now be unlocked for you.
