In this article we learn how to archive (remove) users from your EverLearner subscription.
Why do we need to do this?
In order to remove access for teachers and/or students who have left the school or who finished studying the subject.

➡️ Deleting students
Admins and HoDs can 'archive' students. This removes access to the platform for that user and it also removes them from the total number of users allocation. Archiving users allows you to restore their account and all their progress at any point.
1) Go to 'Admin>Users'.
2) On the yellow 'All students' panel, click on the three dot symbol to the right of their name and choose 'Archive'.
3) Click 'Yes, archive' to confirm.

2) On the grey 'All Teachers' panel, click on the three dot symbol to the right of their name and choose 'Archive'.
3) Click 'Yes, archive' to confirm.
