📧 Improving email deliverability

Here are a few tips to help to ensure that you get important updates from TheEverLearner by email.

We occasionally communicate with you and your learners via email particularly for initial account setup, assignment reminders and important updates on your account.

1. Ask your IT team to whitelist emails from '@theeverlearner.com' for teachers and for students.
2. If you find one of our messages in your spam folder, please mark it as 'not spam'.
3. Star our email or mark it as important.
4. Add 'The EverLearner' to your contacts.
