How to use Single Sign-on if your organisation is a Google or Microsoft organisation
Single sign-on (SSO) is a method that allows users to log in to multiple applications with one set of credentials. SSO is used to simplify the process of managing multiple usernames and passwords.
If your organisation's email account is provided by Google or Microsoft, you and your students will be able to sign into TheEverLearner.com by clicking on "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Microsoft" in the login page.
Please, bear the following in mind:
1. All users must be initially created by an Admin or HOD either manually or via csv upload. SSO cannot be used to create a user.
2. The user must make sure to use for their SSO the same email address that was used to create their user account on TheEverLearner.com. If they use a different email address, it won't be recognised.
3. Your school may require the IT administrators at your school to authorise TheEverLearner.com to be accessed via SSO. Please, speak with your team and remember that the platform can continue to be accessed at all times by entering the "good old" username and password credentials.
