How do I create a group?
Before you start setting assignments, you need to ensure you have created a group.
Exam Technique groups are separate to the PE groups and will need to be set up for each class.

How can I use this course to support my students?
💚 Prepare students for different elements of the exam
- Students can be introduced to this at the start of their KS4 or KS5 course.
- Students can watch the videos and do the quizzes independently to work on different elements of exam technique.
- Set video and quiz assignments for students to embed exam skills alongside content knowledge.
💚 Use the data centre to understand the command words in each exam
-
By using the summary_skill tab in the Data centre you can identify the most frequently assessed command words for an exam paper.
- With your gold subscription, you can use this information to target planning and ongoing revision with students based on the trends of command words specific to your exam.

💚 Support students with their exam writing
- Set exams targeting specific command words so that students can practise using key language and connectives in their responses.
- Set a full mock exam using our centralised assessments, targeting a range of command words.
- Use the exam diagnostics to give students feedback and direct them towards areas for improvement. 👇
